Doug Chitel, a northern New Jersey native, is proud to have offered his ice cream "schlepping" expertise & sarcasm with the original cast of what is sure to become the Jersey Shore's next big summer institution. Lavalette can now officially be added to the long list of N.J. landmarks in which he has performed. Doug currently lives and works in New York City. Call him traditional because his favorite is a Hot Fudge sundae with vanilla ice cream.
